| Commission Payment Policy |

It is the policy of our System that all payments are to be made within 30 days of termination of rental. Several of our franchisees participate in NPC Commission Express settlement. And their settlement will be made according to NPC's transmission schedule. NPC participants are: Atlanta, Denver, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Newark, Providence and Phoenix. Soon to process: Dallas, Melbourne, San Diego and San Juan. Locations that use NPC click here.
