Travel Agents: Contest Terms

		Eligbility The Payless Car Rental Travel Agent Mustang Giveaway runs between June 1, 2001 12:01AM EST and August 31, 2001, 11:59 PM EST. Open to travel agents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), age 21 and older. Void wherever prohibited by applicable federal or state law, and outside the United States.

	How To Enter

	Valid entries will consist of qualified reservations booked from June 1, 2001 and August 31, 2001, which include the travel agency's ARC/IATA number and booking agent's name in the booking record. There will be one (1) random Grand Prize drawing. All online entries must be received by 11:59PM EST August 31, 2001. Only reservations booked on-line or through a GDS will qualify.

	When making reservations on-line, the agency's ARC/IATA number must be entered in the appropriate field, and the booking agents full name must appear in the special request field.

	Reservations made through a GDS must include the agency's ARC/IATA number, and the bookings agent's full name entered into the /SI- field.

	All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

	Prizes

	One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2001 Ford Mustang. Winner must pick up automobile at a dealer near the winner's residence chosen by Sponsor. Winner must have current driver's license and proof of car insurance at time of pick up in order to obtain prize. All taxes on prize, all registration and licensing fees and charges, and all other expenses not expressly described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

	Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
	Winner Selection/Notification

	One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about September 7, 2001 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose interpretation of the rules and decisions on all matters relating to this give away are final. Winner will be notified by mail and/or email within 10 days from the DRAWING date. Prize will be awarded within 60 days of Winner's acceptance of prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 15 days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received..

	General

	Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to the Travel Agent Mustang Give Away. This Give Away is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

	Technical Issues

	By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this give away or the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize won. Sponsor, participating prize partners, any telephone network, service providers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the give away or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the give away, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the give away and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the give away is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.paylesscarrental.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this give away is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. If, for any reason, the Give Away is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Give Away, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Give Away. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of this give away or website or violates the Official Rules of this give away. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVE AWAY GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
