When traveling on official Government business at participating Payless locations, all US Government employees are entitled to special benefits and our commitment to provide value, customer service and convenience which has been our cornerstone for over 30 years.

When traveling on official business and said status is authenticated with Travel Order, authorization or a Government charge card at time of rental, the following benefits are extended:

• Government renters will not be subject to any fee for loss or CDW, and, in case of an accident, will not be responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle except as stated in the US Government Car Rental Agreement.
  
  
• Persons authorized to operate vehicles rented under this agreement, if properly licensed, include the renter, and without additional charge, the renter's fellow employees while acting within the scope of their employment duties

• Vehicles contracted; economy, compact, intermediate, standard and full-size. All other vehicles are not covered under our agreement.
