A rental vehicle may not be allowed to travel anywhere the renter desires. The use of the vehicle is restricted to the state where rented, unless noted otherwise on the rental agreement.

A rental is a minimum of one-day (24 hours). The maximum number of days of a rental is governed by the rental agreement. A customer who desires to rent longer than previously confirmed must return to the location to rewrite the rental agreement. It must be understood that the extension is subject to fleet availability and may not be granted.

Renter and any authorized driver(s) must have a valid Drivers License in their own name. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. In addition, International Renters/Authorized driver(s) must have a valid driver's license from their country of origin. A Valid International Driver's Permit will be required, if license of origin is not in English, and a valid passport.

All Payless Car Rental locations require a valid, major credit card in the renter's name in order to rent the vehicle. Debit/check cards will not be accepted for qualification purpose, but may be applied at time of return as a method of payment. Renter would be required to qualify with an acceptable credit card at time of rental.
