Someone Special at Payless!

Recently on a trip to Mexico I rented a Jeep Wrangler from one of your competitors, Thrifty. While on a day trip in Playa Del Carmen, we had a flat tire. While changing the tire we discovered that the spare was locked and Thrifty had not provided us with the key for the lock.

This entire drama was being played out in a parking lot adjacent to your office on Juarez Ave. One of your employees from that office, Señor Christobaz Sanchez, noticed we were in trouble and came over to assist. Soon another of your employees came over, Señor Angel Tzuc Salas.

With no expectation of compensation, Señor Sanchez took the offending tire and myself in his own car and drove me to a repair shop. At the repair shop all worked stopped and the repairman immediately went to work on my tire. When he was done he charged me a ridiculously low price for fixing the tire. The smallest bill I had was a 100 pesos note and he could not make change. Señor Sanchez took the bill and literally ran across the street to get change. After paying the bill he drove me back to the parking lot and then put the tire back on the Jeep and Señor Tzuc lowered the Jeep off the jack.

I feel that these two gentlemen are fine individuals and outstanding representatives of Payless Car Rental. The next time I rent a car I will think of Payless Car Rental first.
