I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how appreciative I am of your excellent service at PAYLESS this past week. I needed to get on a flight, standby, on Saturday, June 8th, at 8:00 am, and would not have been able to do so unless you were able to meet me at 6:00 am, one hour earlier than your opening hours.Your commitment to customer service excellence is to be admired for your volunteering to accommodate me so I could return to New York earlier in the day.
