Someone Special at Payless!

In March, I rented a car from PAYLESS at a location near O'Hare Airport. It was my first time dealing with your company. It was a very nerve-racking trio for many reasons, but not because of my dealing with PAYLESS.
The people who checked me in were super-dooper nice...something I haven't experienced often in Chicago. My grandkids were crawling all over the waiting room like monkeys and being obnoxious, and the staff there was polite and patient...much more so than I !!
Plus, when I returned home I noticed an error in my credit card billing, called them and a very nice young man named "Derrick" made the correction without a hassle.
When I return to Chicago, I will use PAYLESS again!! ( and leave the grandchildren with their mother!)
