I originally owned a small roadside motel in Greely, Colorado. The parking lot was so large that I began renting and selling used cars on the property. Next, I decided to look into a car rental franchise opportunity and discovered Payless.
With Payless, I was able to grow by learning from other franchise owners. Payless made it easy. I instantly gained brand recognition and had access to their state-of-the-art reservation system.

In 1993, I moved my operations to the Denver airport, after 12 years with Payless (6/22/90) I now have over 750 cars in my fleet. At my Denver airport location, you will frequently find me standing outside the counter – literally meeting and greeting potential car rental customers.
