Management

As of January of 2002, Payless Car Rental is under the direction of travel industry veteran Michael J. Harley, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Harley has served as COO since 1999 and was recently appointed the dual role of President and COO. Harley is the catalyst behind Payless Car Rental System’s strategy to double the number of its franchises by 2003 and quadruple revenue.
