Payless Car Rental is a privately held company and is part of the Avalon Global Group of companies. Founded in 1971, it was a small town home operation in Spokane Washington. Today, through our partnerships with Sixt Rent A Car and Network Car and Truck Rental we have combined presence in over 1,500 locations worldwide. Payless is an international firm with a customer service focus.
Management
As of January of 2002, Payless Car Rental is under the direction of travel industry veteran Michael J. Harley, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Harley has served as COO since 1999 and was recently appointed the dual role of President and COO. Harley is the catalyst behind Payless Car Rental System's growth strategy. |
