| Payless Car Sales, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Avalon Global Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation that also owns Payless Car Rental System, Inc. and several other travel industry related companies. Payless Car Rental System, Inc. has been franchising auto rental locations in the United States since 1970 and currently serves more than 120 cities in 15 countries.
The current Payless Car Sales Franchise Program was initiated in February 2002 and has experienced rapid growth as a result of the efforts of Tulsa-based Dealer Diversified LLC, developer in the U.S. for Payless Car Sales.
Qualified Payless Car Sales Dealers may also acquire a special Payless Car Rental Franchise Package that has been developed specifically for auto dealerships. This arrangement not only allows dealers to take vehicles out of their rental fleet and put them into their sales inventory but also allows them access to a Fleet Purchase Program for their rental fleet needs.
