When a vehicle is operated and used in accordance with the rental agreement Payless provides bodily injury and property damage liability insurance covarage over the first 1,000 IEP (IRISH POUNDS) of third party claim. This liability may be waived in full by purchasing the SLI.

Definitions
Bodily injury - to anyone outside of the rental car.
Property damage - to any property damage caused by the rental car.

Supplemental Liability Insurance [SLI]

SLI is an optional excess that protects the renter and other authorized operators against claims made by third parties for bodily injury/death and property damage by use of the rental vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance [PAC/PAI]

By electing to purchase optional PAC/PAI coverage at the designated daily rate, the renter and any of his passengers are insured while occupying the rental vehicle subject to all provisions of the group policy.

Theft Waiver - 3 IEP per day
If purchased, renter is relieved of financial responsibility for full depreciated value of vehicle provided theft is reported to Garda, a copy of the report is obtained and renter is in possession of original keys

Personal Effects Coverage [PEC]
Offer coverage for property which the renter is traveling with against loss or damage. When the renter has shown acceptance on the rental agreement, the renter and renter's immediate family are insured for the period of rental, subject to all provisions of the group policy.

When a vehicle is rented from Payless and subject to certain restrictions and limitations under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, the renter has sole financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle regardless of fault. By accepting the optional CDW, the renter can reduce his/her financial responsibility to 250 Irish pounds (IEP) provided the vehicle is operated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. CDW is offered where permitted by law. CDW may be a condition of rental for those who do not present proof and description of car rental collision protection available on their credit card.

Renters must have a major credit card and a valid drivers license in their own name.

Age Requirement
Renter must be between the ages of 23 - 75 with a valid drivers license issued at least 1 year prior to rental date. The rental date must begin after a birthday age of 23 and end prior to the 76th birthday.

Additional drivers must qualify in the same manner as the primary driver.
