Liability Insurance
When a vehicle is operated and used in accordance with rental agreement, Payless provides bodily injury and property damage liability insurance coverage equal to minimum financial responsibility limits of state where car is rented. The renters own car insurance and personal injury protection will be primary where allowed by law.

Definitions
Bodily injury - to anyone outside of the rental car.
Property damage - to any property damage caused by the rental car.
No Fault and Uninsured Motorist Coverage provided as required by law.

Supplemental Liability Insurance [SLI]
$8.95 per day
SLI coverage of 1 million dollars.

Personal Accident Insurance [PAC/PAI]
$3.50 per day
By electing to purchase optional PAC/PAI coverage at the designated daily rate, the renter and any of his passengers are insured while occupying the rental vehicle subject to all provisions of the group policy. PAC/PAI cost may vary by location.

Personal Effects Coverage [PEC]
