Collision Damage Waiver [CDW]
$10 per day with $500 USD responsibilty
When a vehicle is rented from Payless and subject to certain restrictions and limitations under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, the customer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, regardless of cause. Where CDW is offered and accepted by the customer for an additional charge daily (or partial day)/weekly, Payless waives all or part (as indicated on the rental agreement) of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated. CDW does not cover loss, theft or damage to waive all or part (as indicated on the rental agreement) of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated. CDW does not cover loss, theft or damage to mirrors, tires, wheels, aril and internal upholstery. If the time of rental, the customer cannot present proof of coverage for loss or damage to the rental vehicle, he/she may be required to purchase CDW as a condition of rental.

International travelers should be prepared to present vaild proof of conforming coverage including a description of coverage of the rental vehicle. Cdw is offered only where permitted by law.
